  • Airbnb Cancellation Fee — $35

Applies when an Airbnb cleaning appointment is canceled within five days of the scheduled service. Last-minute cancellations affect our schedule, transportation, staffing, and other clients.

  • Last-Minute Schedule Change Fee — $50

Applies when an appointment is changed within five days of the scheduled service. Last-minute changes can disrupt our routes, staffing, and previously scheduled appointments.

  • Airbnb Deep Cleaning Fee — $100

Applies when a property was scheduled for a standard turnover cleaning but requires deep cleaning due to excessive dirt, stains, trash, strong odors, or additional time and labor.

  • Hand-Washing Dishes Fee — $35

Applies when dishes need to be washed manually because of the quantity, condition, or additional care required.

  • Post-Construction Deep Cleaning — $250

Applies when a property contains excessive construction dust, debris, paint residue, renovation materials, or other post-construction conditions requiring intensive cleaning.

  • Moving Personal Items Fee — $150

Applies when excessive personal belongings, boxes, furniture, trash, or other items must be moved before proper cleaning can begin.

This fee includes the additional time and labor required to clear and prepare the cleaning area.

  • Biohazard or Contaminated Cleaning Fee — $150

Applies when the property contains blood, urine, feces, vomit, bodily fluids, or other contaminated materials.

These situations require special handling, protective equipment, disinfecting procedures, odor treatment, and additional labor to ensure the area is cleaned and sanitized safely.

  • Time and Property Readiness Policy

We respect your time, and we kindly ask that you respect ours.

If our cleaning team arrives and the property is not ready for service, we will wait for up to 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, the full scheduled service fee may be charged, because that time was reserved exclusively for your appointment and may affect other scheduled clients.

Changes made five days or more before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Changes made within five days of the appointment are subject to a $50 schedule change fee.

Airbnb appointments canceled within five days of the scheduled service are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows or Late Guests

If the property remains occupied or is not ready within 15 minutes of our arrival, the full scheduled cleaning fee may be charged.
